At Naturalvagi USA, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the nature of our intimate care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used, except in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• You received a different product from the one you ordered.
• Your order did not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.

What should you do if your product arrived damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or our support email, including your order number and a photo of the product. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that are opened, used or missing their original packaging, except in the cases mentioned above.
